Recurring SG&A savings equal to 15–20% of the combined cost base identified ahead of a private-equity exit
A global private-equity investor owned two businesses in the same market and was preparing for an exit. Although the businesses served different customer segments, they carried substantial duplication across finance, HR, marketing, IT, distribution and other corporate functions. We conducted a rapid operational diligence to identify and quantify integration opportunities, distinguishing activities that could be consolidated from those required to preserve the positioning and operating model of each business. The work identified recurring cost opportunities equivalent to approximately 15–20% of the combined SG&A base. Early implementation allowed the investor to demonstrate progress before the sale process and strengthened the credibility of the value-creation case presented to buyers.

Curriculum reform and an applied-AI agenda aligned with future workforce needs
A leading education group wanted to strengthen student outcomes, academic reputation and the value of its tuition proposition. We benchmarked the academic portfolio and identified gaps in curriculum, pedagogy and experiential learning. Working with leadership and faculty, we defined changes aligned with evolving employer needs. We also developed the concept for an applied-AI research center, including priority use cases, operating model, investment requirements, computing needs and potential corporate partnerships. The university implemented curriculum and pedagogy changes across its undergraduate schools and used relationships established during the engagement to pursue international research, academic and corporate partnerships.

More than US$1 billion in cost opportunities identified for a global bank
We led a multidisciplinary review of a global bank's cost base, operating model and sources of economic value. The analysis identified structural cost arising from geographic complexity, fragmented service delivery, organizational layers and avoidable rework. The resulting fact base supported a broader efficiency agenda and helped management prioritize initiatives capable of improving productivity and operating leverage.
