OUR FOUNDER
Douglas Jackson
Managing Director
Douglas brings more than 30 years of consulting and industry experience across Asia and the United States. His work spans corporate and business-unit strategy, performance improvement, organizational transformation, transaction planning and capital readiness.
Over more than 17 years working extensively in Vietnam, Douglas has advised corporates, founder-led businesses, financial institutions, investors and government stakeholders. This experience has given him a practical understanding of how regulation, ownership, stakeholder priorities, organizational capability and access to capital shape commercial outcomes in the Vietnamese market.
Douglas was the Founding Partner and Managing Director of The Boston Consulting Group's Vietnam practice. He subsequently served as Managing Director and Head of Vietnam at Alvarez & Marsal, the global restructuring and performance-improvement firm.
Douglas has held senior strategy and banking roles, including Head of Group Strategy at Standard Chartered Bank, Branch Director at JPMorgan Chase, and Executive Deputy General Director (secondment) at Vietnam International Bank.
